Thank you for visiting the website of Kyung Hee University School of Medicine.

Established in 1965, Kyung Hee University School of Medicine has produced 4,647 graduates over five decades as a prestigious medical school, and our alumni are playing an active role in each field of the medical field with great ability and leadership.
Since we were converted into a school of medicine from 2005 to 2015 for the first time in Korea, the outstanding graduates from various faculties have been admitted and nurtured as excellent medical professionals.
Kyung Hee University School of Medicine is making a lot of efforts in terms of lliberal arts as well as medical education in order to help the students maintain the qualities and virtues that are required of medical professionals.

The world is changing so innovatively that we are experiencing the 4th industrial revolution due to the exponential development of technology. In this rapidly changing world, more than 300 of the nation's best medical school professors are working hard day and night to develop various educational programs to enhance the students' abilities and leadership.

To begin with, the premedical course is focusing on cultivating the scientific thinking skills and virtues as a medical professional through learning and experience in various fields. And the main course of the School is designed to help students learn sound critical skills as well as scientific and logical thinking abilities as the basics of medicine through basic medicine learning and practice. Lastly, in clinical medicine, students will gain field practice and social experience as prospective doctors at Kyung Hee University Medical Center, a tertiary general hospital with a long tradition and reputation, Kyung Hee University Hospital at Gangdong that shows young enthusiasm and dynamism, and various social and overseas medical institutions. In addition, as outstanding professors serve as mentors for all students, one to three per grade, throughout each school year, students receive active guidance and communication from professors.

As society has become so complex in the recent years, it is urgent to solve problems through close collaboration between experts. In line with this trend, we founded a bio-health cluster based on our Medical Science Research Institute to solve social problems and pursue the development of biomedical science through close collaboration with various biomedical departments, including the Medical School. This effort will help students step forward to become better healthcare professionals while experiencing the diversity and collaboration of multiple disciplines.

All professors and staff at Kyung Hee University School of Medicine promise to make continuous efforts to become the world's best medical education institution.

Thank you.
