저는 간질성폐질환, 만성폐쇄성폐질환, 기관지확장증 환자의 조기 진단 및 맞춤형 치료 전략 개발을 주요 연구 주제로 삼고 있습니다. 질병의 이질성과 예후의 다양성에 주목하여, 임상 바이오마커를 활용한 예후 예측 모델 구축과 치료 반응 평가에 집중하고 있습니다. 최근에는 휴먼시스템의학 관점에서 중증 호흡기질환 환자의 다양한 요인을 통합한 환자 중심 치료 모델 개발에도 관심을 갖고 있습니다. 앞으로도 임상 현장의 실제 문제를 기반으로 진단과 치료의 정밀화를 추구하며, 환자 맞춤형 의료의 구현에 기여하고자 합니다.

My research focuses on the early diagnosis and personalized treatment strategies for patients with interstitial lung disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and bronchiectasis. I am particularly interested in the heterogeneity and variable prognosis of these diseases, and aim to develop predictive models and evaluate treatment outcomes using clinical biomarkers. Recently, I have also been exploring patient-centered care models for severe respiratory diseases through the lens of human systems science, which integrates various biological and psychosocial factors. Grounded in real-world clinical challenges, my research seeks to advance precision medicine and contribute to more tailored and effective care for respiratory patients.
