제브라피쉬를 이용한 중개연구: 질환 유전자 기능 규명 및 치료 전략 개발

1. 혈액질환의 병리기전 이해 및 조혈모세포 발생 기전 규명
- 조혈모세포 발생에 필수적인 새로운 유전자의 기능 및 기전 규명
- DNA 복구 관련 유전자의 조혈 발생 및 혈액질환 연관 기전 연구
- 백혈병 유발 및 진행과 관련된 유전자의 기능 분석 및 제브라피쉬 질환 모델 개발

2. 제브라피쉬 약물 스크리닝 플랫폼 개발 및 항염증 천연물 발굴
- 면역 및 염증 억제에 효과적인 천연물질의 발굴 및 작용 기전 규명
- 한방 약재의 항염증 효과 및 안전성 평가
- 고속 스캐너 시스템 기반 AI 자동화 스크리닝 플랫폼 개발

3. 임상연구팀과의 협업을 통한 제브라피쉬 기반 중개연구
- 흑색점 및 피부질환 관련 유전자의 기능 분석 및 질환 모델링
- 희귀 유전질환 관련 유전자 변이의 병리적 기능 규명
- 녹내장 유발 유전자의 기능 연구 및 모델 개발
